Peanut butter brownies

Ok, so I didn't make up this recipe, so I can't take any credit for it. But for my baking-inclined friends, I highly recommend Smitten Kitchen's peanut butter brownie recipe. It is amazing. I made these for a church board of directors meeting on Tuesday and they went over very well. And I had to send the priest home with the extras because otherwise I would've eaten the entire lot myself.

The only changes I made to the recipe were that I substituted brown sugar for the white sugar (to give it more of a caramel taste) and I used egg replacer instead of the eggs. Otherwise I actually followed their recipe. Once again, this recipe is definitely worth trying.
